In NSW Legislation puts the responsibility for disclosure on sellers? The legislation provides that a list of disclosure certificates and documents must be included in every Contract for Sale for residential real estate.
It is also important to note that at the time of your agent marketing the property for sale, the real estate agent must possess the Contract for Sale with the disclosure documents.
